TESTIMONIALS
“The attendees really had a great time at your program and they really liked your presentation style. The comment I heard most (after ‘have Susan back!’) was ‘more murders!’”
Rebecca Clark, Adult Services Manager,
Aurora Public Library, Eola Road Branch

“Susan did a wonderful job. The quality of the presentation was out of this world, she built a pre-show video highlighting his best dances to play as patrons entered … and Susan took so much time before the program to chat with the patrons who were early and really make them feel welcome. She also handled some of the sensitive topics from this time period (like Astaire dancing in blackface) with such professionalism and grace.”
Christopher Corrigan, Programs Coordinator
Schaumburg Township District Library

"I just wanted to thank you again for your marvelous program yesterday! Everyone really enjoyed, and a couple patrons even came up to the Head of Circ and told her how much they loved it. They all want you back!"
Lynelle Kirkwood, Adult Programming and Outreach Coordinator
Prospect Heights Public Library

"Susan’s Disney Guestology training program was incredibly informative on how Disney ensures excellent customer service and how that translates to library work. She used lots of examples to break down exactly how even the small things can make a big difference, and what actions we can take as library workers to make every patron’s experience a positive one. I particularly enjoyed hearing about her firsthand experiences working for Disney. She made the hour-long program fly by because it was so engaging and entertaining. While a lot of training sessions can be boring, Susan does a great job making things fun and interesting. Every coworker I’ve talked to has had only good things to say about her presentation and we all think she should present more training sessions in the future!"
